What are the geographic restrictions on ordering?

Publisher restrictions prevent us from distributing certain products to international geographical locations. All products can be distributed to the southern African countries of  Angola, Botswana, Comoros, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Reunion, Seychelles, South Africa, Swaziland, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Some items can be distributed to the remainder of African countries, while only a limited few can be distributed to other international countries. If you are ordering from outside the southern African countries listed above, first clarify which products may be distributed to your country. Email [email protected] to confirm. 

Will you have stock of the items that I have ordered?

We do our best to make sure that we have stock on hand of everything offered in our online shop. We update the website and monitor stock of products regularly. However, sometimes we may not be able to deliver certain items you have ordered. In this case, we will contact you and do our best to source the product for you, offer you an alternative product, or process a refund.

Can I order by email or phone?

Yes. Please contact us and we will assist you in placing your order. Credit card payments can also be processed telephonically.

Can bookshops and church book tables place discounted orders?

Yes, for sure! Contact Teach Every Nation in advance to arrange your discount. Publisher restrictions prevent us from distributing limited products to retail stores for resale. If you are a part of the retail trade please look for a notification on the item description page advising that the item may not be sold to the retail trade. It will say something like ‘Retail trade – Yes/No’. Kindly adhere to this notice and do not order this item if you are part of the retail trade and intend on reselling the purchased item. The retail trade is welcome to order items for in-house usage. Teach Every Nation reserves the right to reverse any orders incorrectly placed by the retail trade. Please contact Teach Every Nation in advance at [email protected] to clarify any uncertainty.

Are my credit card details secure? 

Yes. All online credit card payments are processed by secure online payment gateways. None of your card or bank details are obtained or retained by Teach Every Nation in any way. Teach Every Nation utilises the third-party Netcash eCommerce Payment Gateway, which offers you multiple secure payment methods. Netcash is PCI Level 1 compliant and all their credit card transactions are 3D secure enabled. Netcash follows strict standards to ensure your data is safe.

What payment options are available?

Online store – credit cards. Teach Every Nation currently accepts Visa and MasterCard. Your credit card details will be requested at the appropriate online store payment page. 

Online store – electronic funds transfer (EFT). 

In-person or telephonic – credit cards. For in-person or telephonic credit card payments, Teach Every Nation can accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diner’s Club credit cards.

Please note when making a bank deposit or EFT:

It is very important to use your Invoice Number as a reference so that your payment can be allocated.

Your payment has to be made within five working days to avoid your order being cancelled. Your order will commence with processing once your payment has been received. To speed this allocation up, email your proof of payment to [email protected]. There may be a delay of between 2 to 5 working days for your payment to clear.

We have three ways of getting your order to you. shipping options available to you.

Option 1: Collect from Johannesburg.

Option 2: Shipping within South Africa. 

Option 3: Shipping outside of South Africa.

What are the delivery costs and when can I expect delivery?

Courier delivery within South Africa costs R85.00 per order. If items are in stock at the time of your order, you can expect delivery within 4-7 working days.
